About the offer:

• £45 per hour
• 9.5 hours

About this job:

• System One
• Morning and afternoon sessions of MAX 25 patient contacts
• Face to face or telephone call depending on patient choice
• 2x Home visits to be allocated by Duty GP
• Maximum of 40 patient path links
• Prescription signing, printed and EPS
• Maximum of 40 patient documents
