We are looking for a Locum Routine GP to join one of our prestigious client’s practices in Chesterfield, Derbyshire at £800 Per Day.
About the offer:
- 08:30 to 18:30 – Flexible Timings
- 9.5 Hours
- £800 Per Day
- Several shifts available
- Different sites to choose from
About the job:
- SystmOne
- 32 Patient contacts
- Face to face or telephone call, depending on patient choice
- 2x Home visits to be allocated by Duty GP or alternatively X2 med reviews and 10 prescriptions tasks equal to 1 hour
- 10 Documents
- 10 Pathlinks
- Prescription signing, printed and EPS
- Hours can be negotiated
